He has consulted with many world renowned organizations including the San Francisco Giants Baseball Franchise and Los Angeles' Center Theater Group. Michael develops and implements technology, to make it easy to consistently document, organize and implement operating procedures and job descriptions.

Jodi has 20 years of experience in public health and health promotion in Ontario and Alberta. She has managed people and large projects to increase health professional skills related to evidence-informed decision making, research, communication and evaluation. She is experienced at developing and delivering skill-based training on a variety of topics. Jodi is most passionate about finding ways to get people to action quickly.

Amos is an engineer and an internationally recognized Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Trainer with over 20 years of experience in business performance improvements and operational excellence in different industries such as service, manufacturing, food, and healthcare. He has worked with companies such as Ford Motor Company, Government of Alberta, Alberta Health Services and many more. Amos was also awarded the "Premier's Award of Excellence" for his work in optimizing the operations of an Alberta hospital.

Jane Moran

A British Australian turned Calgarian,  Jane holds an Executive Masters Degree in NeuroLeadership and 15 years specializing in the field, Jane is a principal at Noesis Learning, Curriculum Architect, Leadership Coach and Corporate Facilitator with a repertoire of insights, approaches, and content that shift audiences into action.  Jane has worked internationally including one unnamed company that starts with G and ends with oogle.

Ivan Zendel, Ph.D

Ivan has worked as a psychologist with individuals, groups and organizations. He has held positions as the Coordinator of the Applied Psychology Centre at Concordia University, the Director of Research at the Constance Lethbridge Hospital in Montreal and the Director of Clinical Training at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary. In addition, he has published extensively in scientific journals and the popular press.

Tim Vanderpyl, DSL, MA, BPA, CPHR

Dr. Vanderpyl became faculty at Ambrose University  after a successful corporate career where he worked in Executive and Human Resources (HR) leadership roles in four different sectors (municipal government, oil/gas, healthcare and social services). Tim has facilitated more than 100 workshops, conference sessions and training sessions in North America and Europe.

Shannon is a principal of Business Design Corporation with accountability for the development and execution on-line business systematization and software tool, TouchStone, which has revolutionized the way businesses document, disseminate and manage their systems and procedures. In addition to her consulting work, Shannon is a session faculty instructor at Sonoma State University in the school of business.

Jana Lait BA, BA, MA

When you work with Jana you can expect a warm, focused discussion about the root causes of issues, the information that supports good decisions, and the effectiveness of possible options. Jana has published peer-reviewed articles on interprofessional collaboration, primary care, student mentoring, leadership and complex systems. She has worked in health services in Toronto and Calgary in addition to university instruction teaching research methods and introductory sociology. 

Steve Bates, B.Kin,MBA(c)

Wendi Is a principal of Noesis Learning with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries and an Executive Masters Degree in NeuroLeadership to focus on how best to use the brain to create powerful teams and organizations. She has worked with the “who’s who” of the energy and communication sectors and is an internationally certified professional coach, as well as a corporate and university-based educator.

Heading the Metro Vancouver region for an elite multi-sport organization, his lead provided high-performance athletes and coaches with increased access to training and educational opportunities. As well, Steve oversaw the merger of regional sporting bodies and their eventual amalgamation into their national counterpart. Sitting on multiple committees, Steve worked to enhance opportunities for all levels of sport, from community and municipal programs to Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Additionally, Steve played an instrumental role in securing several large provincial and national partnerships, including a national initiative to assist in managing billions of dollars of Aboriginal trust funds in Canada.
