Our first session in "The Bio-Psycho-Social Leader Series©," let us introduce you to the theory and practical tools that form the basis of almost all leadership, behaviour and performance excellence. We start with an individual behaviour style assessment and move into two neuroscience-based models that describe the "why" we do what we do allowing us to figure out the "what" we should be doing. Learn how to navigate the power centres of fear, habit and cognition in addition to the conscious and sub-conscious reward and threat responses that can either inhibit us, or unlock our greatest potential. Not only will you learn how you operate, but foundations of how others operate in order to apply a situational approach to collaboration and influence. This session creates the foundation of understanding that can be applied to conflict, change, resilience, motivation, emotional intelligence, decision-making and more!
