In the first two weeks of the protocol we focus on softening the impact of our mind wandering network measuring our brain and increasing the size of our alpha waves starting at 5 minutes a day.

Adding on in the next two weeks we increase the speed of our alpha waves, increasing our focus and raising our alpha peak and cognitive edge.
