CALGARY/LETHBRIDGE, AB – September 29, 2025 – ThinkFX Performance Group today announced the official launch of Mindfulness-Based Neuro Resilience (MBNR), a groundbreaking 4, 6 and 8-week program designed to enhance the cognitive performance, decision-making, and stress resilience of leaders and their teams. While its core modalities are individually proven, MBNR is the first program to uniquely combine and sequence them so they build upon one another, leveraging three proven modalities in succession to create a synergistic framework that is both practical and accessible for professionals. The program integrates Focused Attention Meditation (FAM), Alpha-Peak Focus Training (APF), and Brin-Guided Self-Hypnosis (BGSH) into a single, data-driven framework.
MBNR is designed to address the increasing cognitive demands of the modern workplace, where leaders face unprecedented levels of distraction and pressure. By leveraging state-of-the-art biofeedback technologies, participants can track and modulate their brainwave activity in real-time to achieve measurable improvements in focus and calm.
“In today’s economy, the ability to manage your own cognitive and emotional state is the ultimate competitive advantage,” said Sean Miles, CEO of ThinkFX Performance Group and the program’s author. “MBNR moves beyond abstract wellness concepts by providing a structured, measurable system for actively rewiring the brain for high performance. We’re not just teaching skills; we’re building new neural pathways for lasting resilience.”
The program’s curriculum was developed with a multi-disciplinary team of advisors, ensuring it is grounded in robust scientific principles.
"We didn't invent mindfulness or neurofeedback, but we've pioneered a method of sequencing and delivering them," said Sean Miles. "Each stage of MBNR systematically prepares the brain for the next, creating a synergistic effect that makes advanced states of focus and receptivity accessible to professionals for the first time in a practical, structured way."
To further this work, ThinkFX is now accepting applications for a limited pilot group of 10 participants, intended to form the basis of a formal validation study. The company is actively expanding its research partnerships to continue to illuminate the unexplored positive impacts of this integrated approach and move toward empirical, scientific validation.
In addition to the pilot intake of 10 participants, the ThinkFX team has prepared a comprehensive whitepaper and will be providing a limited amount of complimentary custom information sessions for organizations to offer to their teams.
